Desired Skills and Experience:
Must-haves:
- 5+ years experience in Sales and Growth activities, 3+ years of experience in the IT sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent understanding of market research, data analysis, and competitive landscape in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in English with C1 or advanced-level skills in both writing and speaking
- Avid gamer with an analytical approach to growth strategies
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
- Experience in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice-to-haves:
- MBA degree.
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEM and paid channels
- Strong SEO skills and the ability to drive organic growth
- Mastery of social media marketing strategies and trends
- Proficiency in Turkish, Spanish, and German.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO and report weekly/monthly activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (sales, expansion, business development, etc.)
- Generate and qualify new leads and use different approaches to penetrate prospective accounts
- Implement and maintain sales processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitive analysis while leading the company successfully in the competitive marketplace
- Create and administer – and have responsibility for meeting – the annual commercial budget
- Manage the commercial and sales team while being heavily involved in the motivation, drive, and development of new talent within the organization
- Create sales plans, marketing, profit and loss estimations
- Utilize CRM tools to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal customers
- Oversee the marketing strategy to effectively promote the company's products and services. This includes ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging and positioning, as well as managing market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the product development team and ensure that the company’s offerings meet market demands and are delivered on time. Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service delivery and support. This includes developing strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty and addressing any issues that arise to maintain strong customer relationships.
